Phase Arts Collective: Looping Commission 2022

Thank you so much in advance for your time reviewing my application! Please find some examples of my work below - I hope you enjoy and many thanks again.

A piece contrasting an acoustic recording of a guitar with electronic manipulation of that same performance. The guitar is manipulated through reverses, delay, looping and granular synthesis.

A big band piece that explores aleatoric looped cues to mirror a modular synthesizer, while also featuring traditional big band composition techniques. Please note that this is a Sibelius playback as this piece has not yet been performed - thus the aleatoric elements aren’t accurate. To view the score, please use the button above.

A recording from my recital, where I performed my compositions under a project I created called Terre de Sable. This piece features live modular synthesizer (digitally through my computer), aleatoric cues and improvisation.
